Prof. Dr. Tatjana Horvat is the Dean of the Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska and a Full Professor of Accounting and Auditing. She holds the professional designations of “State Internal Auditor” issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia, as well as “Certified Internal Auditor” and “Certified Accountant” awarded by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. She works as an expert in public finance, financial management of public institutions and companies, accounting, taxation, and internal auditing. She is a member of the Ministry of Justice examination board for court experts and valuers in economics, finance, business valuation, banking, and forensic accounting. She is the author of more than 620 scientific and professional publications.
