Annalisa Grandi, Psy.D, holds a Ph.D. in Psychological, Anthropological and Educational Sciences from the University of Turin. She is active in both research and clinical practice. Her main research interest is the promotion of individual wellbeing, with a focus on the quality of working life. Her research also includes investigating the concept of self-care and the use of humor in the workplace. She is the author of several research papers and a reviewer for numerous academic journals.
