Maleeha Ahmad, MD, FRCS, FACS, is a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon with specialized expertise in pituitary and skull base surgery. With over a decade of experience managing complex pituitary tumors, Dr. Ahmad brings a unique clinical perspective that bridges operative excellence with multidisciplinary care. She is actively engaged in both academic research and surgical innovation, with a particular interest in refining minimally invasive techniques and integrating endocrinological, radiological, and AI insights into surgical decision-making. Dr. Ahmad has edited this second IntechOpen skull base volume reflecting contemporary standards in her commitment to evidence-based practice, cross-specialty collaboration, and advancing the standard of care for all patients with pituitary disorders.
